Terms of Service

The Deal

You buy our software once. You own it forever. We don't do subscriptions, we don't lock you out, and we don't hold your projects hostage. That's the whole point.

License

When you purchase our software:

  • You get a perpetual license—it's yours forever
  • You can activate it on up to 2 machines at a time (personal or commercial use)
  • Deactivate on one machine to activate on another—manage via your plugin settings
  • You get free updates for the major version you purchased (e.g., 1.x updates are free, 2.0 is a new purchase)
  • You cannot redistribute, resell, or share your license key

Refunds

If the plugin isn't working as described and we can't resolve it, email us within 14 days of purchase at and we'll make it right. Refunds are issued at our discretion for genuine technical issues — not for change of mind.

Support

We'll help you get set up and fix bugs. We don't offer 24/7 support because we're a small team, not a soulless corporation. Expect responses within 1-2 business days.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We test it thoroughly, but we can't guarantee it'll work perfectly in every setup. If something breaks, let us know and we'll fix it.

Liability

We're not liable for any damages from using (or not being able to use) our software. This includes lost profits, lost data, or any other indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

Commercial Use

Want to use our software for client work? Go for it. That's what it's for. You can use it for personal use or commercial use on up to 2 machines. Need a volume license for your team? —we'll work something out.

Account Termination

We can terminate your license if you violate these terms (like sharing license keys or using pirated software). Otherwise, your license is perpetual—no "account suspended" bullshit.

Changes to Terms

We might update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here. Continued use of the software means you accept the new terms. We won't change anything fundamental (like "lol jk it's a subscription now").

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
